SHIPPING, RETURN, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY

Free standard shipping (within the continental US except Alaska and Hawaii) on orders over $200 before tax and shipping charges. Orders that do not meet the minimum will be charged the appropriate shipping fee at checkout.

Please contact us via email or phone for your order and shipping charges going to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and Puerto Rico.

Our business hours are Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM PST and 9 AM to 12 PM on Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders are processed upon receipt. Please allow up to 2 full business days for your order to be processed, packed and shipped. Any orders submitted on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day, and no orders will be shipped on the weekends. Please allow 5-7 business days for standard ground shipping delivery.

RETURN, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE POLICY 

As we sell nail supplies, we must prioritize the health and safety of our customers. Due to hygienic reasons, we maintain a policy that all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. This includes, but is not limited to: clearance items, nail polish, nail treatments, acrylic products, gel products, powder products, chemical products, sterilizing products, razor blades, cuticle and acrylic nippers, pedicure tools, cuticle pushers, and nail brushes. In addition, our nail machines are equipped with warranty cards, so if you encounter any issues with your purchase, we kindly ask you to contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.

EXCEPTIONS

In the event of an error on our part, such as shipping discrepancies or damaged goods, we will offer a refund or reshipment of your order with appropriate proof of the issue and a return of the products back to our store. We provide all orders with tracking numbers, so should you not receive a package after UPS marks it as delivered, please file a claim with UPS or wait 2-3 days for the package to arrive.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your orders are immediately processed as soon as you place an order. Therefore, your order can not be cancelled or modified in any way once it has been submitted.
