Frequently Asked Questions
We immediately process your order upon purchase and ship it out the same day. If necessary, the maximum time of fulfillment is 2-5 business days. The length of shipping time depends on our carrier and your shipping address, but it is typically 1-2 weeks.
Due to hygienic reasons, all items are final sale.
We do not do exchanges unless we ship the incorrect products. If so, you may initiate an exchange by emailing sales@usabeautyonline.com with appropriate photo evidence. We only ship out the new items after receiving the customer’s returned items.
We take utmost precaution in protecting your products but shipping incidents do occur. With visible damage such as a spill, please take a picture of the products in their original packaging (taken directly from the shipping box). Thereafter, please take close-up photos (of the labels) for appropriate evidence and email to sales@usabeautyonline.com.
We do not give any discounts or gifts for online orders. Please email us at sales@usabeautyonline.com for large orders so we can arrange slightly lower prices for certain items/give small gifts.
Email your resale license to sales@usabeautyonline.com and provide a list of products you are interested in buying. Please keep in mind we do not have an MOQ or Price list.
